1. Acceptance

These terms apply when you use LeadKing. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. Parties: LeadKing Ltd and you, the customer.

Lead discovery and scoring via AI. Delivery: weekly by default. Caps per band (see /pricing). Accuracy target ≥70% relevance — not guaranteed.

Revenue-banded per /pricing. Monthly or annual (−10%) via Stripe. VAT added where applicable. Band changes at renewal only — no mid-term re-billing. Failed payment: 3 retries over 21 days, then suspension.

8. Intellectual property

LeadKing owns the service (software, AI, UI, docs). You own the data you input (ICP descriptions, marks, outcomes). You grant us licence to process your data to deliver the service. Leads generated are usable for outreach; underlying public data is not your property.

9. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, circumvention, or probing. No scraping of LeadKing itself. No using the service to harass, defame, or unlawfully contact lead subjects. Breach = immediate suspension without refund.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

Service provided "as is" subject to statutory rights. No guarantee of specific lead volume, accuracy, or conversion outcomes. Not responsible for third-party data inaccuracies (Companies House, job boards, etc.). UK CRA 2015 implied terms apply for B2C-qualifying accounts (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, reasonable skill and care).

11. Liability caps

Our total liability capped at 12× monthly fee paid (or £1,200, whichever higher). No liability for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses. Exclusions: fraud, wilful default, death/personal injury (cannot be limited per UK law). CRA 2015 rights for B2C-qualifying accounts override any conflicting cap.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us for unlawful use of the service or unlawful outreach using leads. We indemnify you for third-party claims that the service itself infringes IP.

13. Termination

By customer: cancel from account or email support. By LeadKing: 30 days notice, or immediate for material breach. On termination: data deleted per /privacy §Retention. Billing data retained 7 years per UK accounting regs.

14. Changes to terms

Material changes: 30 days notice + email. Minor changes: last-updated date refresh. Continued use = acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

English law governs. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Before court: try email support. No arbitration clause. B2C-qualifying accounts: ODR platform option at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
