Marius is a systems architect with a decade of experience designing production-grade .NET systems — complex commerce architectures, distributed optimisation engines, and deterministic backtesting frameworks.

His approach is engineering that's measurable, not performative: systems that expose their own throughput, latency, and failure modes, and get faster because the architecture allows it.

At LeadKing, Marius owns the technical side: the AI scoring pipeline, the signal adapter system, the data infrastructure, the deterministic parts under the hood.

Albert is an operator with a Systems Engineering background and eight years across commercial and revenue operations inside UK B2B businesses. He's led teams, managed high-stakes customer relationships at scale, and seen first-hand what separates scale-ups that grow from those that stall.

His view on the lead-gen problem comes from the commercial side of scaling businesses: years of watching UK companies struggle not with acquiring growth, but with finding and keeping the right customers in the first place.

Why this, why now

The UK gap, the intent shift, the AI opportunity.

The UK gap. UK B2B has millions of businesses. Most sit under £632K turnover — priced out of Apollo at £80+/seat/mo, priced out of Lusha at £70+/seat/mo. Smaller UK businesses can't afford modern lead gen. So they don't do it.

The intent shift. Buyers no longer want to be "found in a database". They want to be discovered based on right now signals — hiring, funding, tool churn, regulatory change. Static databases miss 90% of this.

The AI opportunity. LLMs now make it affordable to do per-customer tailoring at £50/mo. A year ago this wasn't possible. Now it is.
