Why revenue bands, not per-seat?

Aligns cost with business size. A solo founder pays less than a 200-seat company, regardless of seat count.

What if my revenue crosses a band?

At renewal you move to the higher band. No mid-term re-billing. 30-day heads-up before renewal.

Do you verify my declared revenue?

Honour system at signup. We spot-check flagged accounts via Companies House. Deliberate misdeclaration = account suspension.

How does annual billing work?

12 monthly invoices at −10%, billed upfront. Cancel anytime for pro-rata refund (discount forfeit if cancelled before 12 months).

Can I get a refund?

Pro-rata on annual cancel. 14-day CCR 2013 cooling-off for sole traders + micro-entities. Monthly plans end-of-period.

What about VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT added at checkout where applicable. Stripe handles all invoicing + VAT reporting.
